Refund Policy
At The Brioche and Bee, each item is handmade with care, using quality ingredients and lots of love. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we have a limited refund and return policy, as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our baked goods and cottage food operation, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered or picked up.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom Orders: Custom and specialty orders must be canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date to receive a partial refund (minus any expenses already incurred).

Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard menu items must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after these timeframes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may offer a replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
